Giving Zakah to one's servant

Can I give my Zakah to my servant he is very poor?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Money of Zakah would be given to the eight categories who are mentioned in Qur'an. Allah Says: (Interpretation of meaning): {As-Sadaqât (here it means Zakât) are only for the Fuqarâ' (poor), and Al-Masâkin (the poor) and those employed to collect (the funds); and to attract the hearts of those who have been inclined (towards Islâm); and to free the captives; and for those in debt; and for Allâh's Cause (i.e. for Mujâhidûn - those fighting in the holy wars), and for the wayfarer (a traveller who is cut off from everything); a duty imposed by Allâh. And Allâh is All-Knower, All-Wise.}[9:60].
Giving Zakat to servants and drivers is permissible provided they are Muslims and poor or needy, meaning their salaries are not enough to meet the needs of those persons for whom they are responsible. One should not give the money of Zakah to them to get or bring any advantage for his work. It is prohibited to give the money of Zakah, and expiations to non-Muslims. Allah knows best.
