Qatar Charity orphans in Gaza participate in the Quranic competition “Rabie Qalbi"

Qatar Charity orphans in Gaza participate in the Quranic competition "Rabie Qalbi".

As part of the support programs for sponsored orphans in the Gaza Strip - Palestine, several orphans nominated by Qatar Charity office in Gaza Strip participated in the "Rabie Qalbi for the Holy Quran" competition, which was implemented by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar, as the participation is the first of its kind for sponsored persons. Qatar Charity participated in this competition in its first edition, which is related to early childhood.

Happy to participate

The competition was implemented under the supervision of a specialized jury remotely, through the application (Microsoft Teams), with the participation of ten children aged (3-6) years.

For his part, the Director of Qatar Charity's office in Gaza Strip, Eng. Muhammad Abu Haloub expressed his happiness with the participation of Qatar Charity's orphans sponsored in this competition and stressed that this activity comes within Qatar Charity's continuous efforts to support targeted programs for the sponsored, especially orphans, in the context of striving to achieve Comprehensive social care for orphans.

 

Thanks, and gratitude

The mothers of the orphans participating in the competition expressed their appreciation for the humanitarian and supportive role of Qatar Charity for them and their children and thanked it for inviting their children to participate in this competition, which will have a motivating role for their children to continue memorizing the Holy Quran.

 They also thanked the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar for their support, providing an opportunity for their children to participate in the Quranic competition, and they expressed their gratitude to the honorable sponsors from the State of Qatar for providing them with continuous support.

The mother of the child, Muath Ziyad Al-Hawajra, expressed her hope that these activities will continue because she encourages her children to continue memorizing the Quran, noting that she seeks to have her son memorize the Noble Quran within a year from now. For her part, the mother of the child, Abdel-Jawad Zourob, said: This activity will help my child a lot in enhancing his self-confidence and encouraging him to memorize the Holy Quran.
