Youth initiatives participating in the fourth edition of the ‘Initiatives Challenge’ organized by Qatar Charity’s initiatives and volunteering incubator, Ezdehar, are preparing to submit their community programs in the coming days.
13 initiatives will participate, and each initiative will be accompanied by a mentor to provide guidance and instructions. This comes within the framework of cultural programs and voluntary initiatives implemented in Qatar as part of Qatar Charity's ‘Ramadan: Leave Your Mark’ campaign.
This edition focuses on competition in the implementation of community projects in the fields of health, education, and assistance provided within the framework of the ‘Alaqraboon’ platform.
The ‘Initiatives Challenge’ program is a voluntary humanitarian competition between several initiatives in implementing community programs innovatively during Ramadan within the fields of work of Qatar Charity. At the end of the program, the results are evaluated according to a set of criteria to select the best three initiatives as winners.
Qatar Charity, through the ‘Initiatives Challenge’ program, aims to motivate young people to take the initiative, engage with humanitarian issues, feel the suffering of others, and quaint the community with humanitarian roles.
It is worth mentioning that Ezdehar will support these initiatives after Ramadan to deliver numerous projects and proposals in the field of humanitarian work throughout the year.
