It is not intended for grazing but for trading, and this is not subject to zakat on cattle, but it is applicable to them (zakaah on trade offerings)
These cattle are subject to (Zakat exploited) and the meaning of these exploited cattle is not the Zakat but Zakat in the net of its proceeds milk
Such as camels and cattle if they are used in pregnancy or in tillage and irrigation does not have zakaah because it is considered a fixed asset

Zakat on livestock includes cattle, camels, and goats ( Sheep are deemed as goats). Zakatable livestock becomes obligatory only when one owns a specific number of heads in order to reach Nisab.
