Qatar Charity (QC), under the supervision of its center for community development in Al Rayyan, launched the first edition of the ‘Youth of Tomorrow’ program, in cooperation with many partners.

The program targets children aged 9 to 15 from the Qatari community and includes a series of purposeful workshops, visits, and recreational and educational trips. It comes as part of Qatar Charity’s efforts to maximize the value of the remaining summer vacation by engaging school students in enriching and impactful activities.

The program, which began on August 13 and continues until August 26, aims to develop participants' skills in various aspects of life. It includes workshops on drug awareness, first aid, self-defense (Taekwondo), cybersecurity, and social etiquette, in addition to several recreational and educational visits and trips.

On this occasion, Qatar Charity extends its sincere thanks to the program's partners, including the Ministry of Interior, Qatar Olympic Museum, National Cyber Security Agency, Salah Al-Din Al-Ayyubi School, Nomas Center, Al Doha Modern Bakery, and the Qatar Sports For All Federation, in addition to other partners.

The children expressed their happiness with the workshops that contribute to developing their skills. They noted that they learned how to handle emergency situations such as burns, wounds, bleeding, and fractures. They added that their participation in the program aims to save lives and assist the local community in emergencies.
