Qatar Charity (QC) signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with ABC Group under its ‘Charity Partner’ program. According to the agreement, which comes within the framework of ABC’s corporate social responsibility, it has become a Charity Partner and received the ‘CP’ label in the silver category of the program.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Ali AlGreeb, Director of the Resources Development Department at Qatar Charity, and Muhammed Shameem, Director of ABC Group.
This agreement highlights ABC’s commitment to collaborating as a Charity Partner in Qatar Charity’s programs and activities. It also aligns with Qatar Charity’s dedication to offering support and aid in various forms to individuals and organizations, in line with its social and humanitarian responsibility both locally and internationally.
Under this agreement, ABC will enjoy numerous benefits granted by Qatar Charity to companies and commercial institutions that join the ‘CP’ program, in support of the community programs and humanitarian projects implemented by Qatar Charity for the targeted groups.
On this occasion, Mr. Ali AlGreeb, Director of the Resources Development Department at Qatar Charity, expressed his happiness at signing the agreement, welcoming ABC Group’s entry into the ‘CP’ program. He emphasized that the program strengthens community partnerships and provides opportunities to support those in need and foster community development. AlGreeb also underscored Qatar Charity's ongoing efforts to expand collaboration with companies and commercial institutions, aiming to unite efforts to support low-income groups locally and vulnerable communities worldwide.
For his part, Mr. Muhammed Shameem, Director of ABC Group, said, "We are deeply grateful to Qatar Charity for the opportunity to be part of the 'CP' program in its silver category, and We are eager to strengthen our partnership with Qatar Charity and aim to advance to the gold category in the future." He also praised Qatar Charity's efforts, both domestically and internationally, in aiding those in need, supporting crisis-affected communities, and assisting vulnerable populations.
It is important to highlight that the ‘CP’ label is awarded by Qatar Charity to companies, organizations, and institutions within strategic partnerships according to different conditions related to their social impact and positive influence on those served by Qatar Charity worldwide. This ‘CP’ mark underscores these entities' commitment to their social responsibilities.
