Every citizen or resident inside Qatar is allowed to request assistance if he fulfils the conditions mentioned in Qatar Charity Aid Guide (link: .......). You can submit your request through the (Alaqraboon) application. You can download the app from the (Apple Store) and (Google Play) platforms.
