Qatar Charity’s governance is built around three main structures:

a. An open-ended General Assembly in accordance with the provisions of the law and regulations, which is the highest reporting body in the organization.
b. An elected board of directors, consisting of nine members, who shall assume general supervision over the administration of the organization and shall be accountable to the general assembly.
c. An executive body responsible for the management of the organization who is supervised and accountable to the board of directors.
