Qatar Charity opens branches and collection points

Qatar Charity (QC) opened two branches, one in Al Hilal and another in Abu Hamour, as well as a collection point in Al Wakra Hospital, taking the number of its branches to 31, 22 for men, and 9 for women, across the State of Qatar.

Qatar Charity, through the opening of its branches and collection points, seeks to facilitate the process of donating across the country.

The opening of Qatar Charity’s branches aims to expand its reach to serve the community and make it easier for benefactors to make donations near their residence, using the best and latest collection methods.

The new branches are expected to receive cash and in-kind donations to support charitable, developmental and humanitarian projects implemented by Qatar Charity within and outside Qatar to maximize the number of beneficiaries.

The branches and collection points are open from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. On Fridays, they are open after the Friday prayer to 10:00 pm. The Al Hilal branch near The Mall is open from 07.30 am to 10.00 pm, except on Friday, which is a weekly holiday.

Qatar Charity has 136 branches and collection points, which are located in hospitals, commercial centers, and markets across the country, to receive donors and benefactors, in addition to 1741 donation boxes and 33 donation kiosks.

Benefactors can also donate easily through Qatar Charity’s website (https://www.qcharity.org/en/qa), and app (qch.qa/q/app), in addition to requesting a ‘Home Collector’, and dialing hotline 44667711 for donating.
