Qatar Charity (QC) continues to implement the ‘Feed the Fasting’ project in many countries, including Ethiopia, Kosovo, Nepal, and Niger, by distributing food packages to the target beneficiaries.
The distribution of the food packages is part of Qatar Charity’s ‘Ramadan of Hope’ drive, which aims to implement Ramadan projects in 39 countries across the world.
The distributed food packages include essential food items that will suffice a beneficiary family for a whole month and help them meet their needs, especially in light of the challenging economic conditions of the underprivileged communities.
The beneficiaries of the project are underprivileged families, as well as the families of the orphans and the persons with special needs sponsored by Qatar Charity.
The food packages are distributed by the field teams of Qatar Charity’s offices or its local partners. The project aims to benefit 13,500 persons in Ethiopia, 5,000 people in Niger, 7,050 individuals in Kosovo, and 2,650 people in Nepal.
Qatar Charity urges benefactors to donate to this project and other Ramadan projects being implemented as part of the ‘Ramadan of Hope’ drive.
One can easily donate through Qatar Charity’s website, app, branches and collection points located in malls and commercial centers, in addition to requesting a “Home Collector” and dialing 44667711 to donate.
