Qatar Charity urges support for the largest multi-service city for orphans

Alongside the onset of the last ten days of Ramadan, Qatar Charity (QC) calls on benefactors in Qatar to support Al Hayah City, the Largest Multi-Service City for Orphans, aiming to provide an ideal educational environment and a safe and suitable living for orphans, while meeting all their living requirements.

The city will be a residential educational city for orphans. it is to be established in Istanbul, Turkiye, providing basic education for 2000 students, including 1200 resident orphans from various countries around the world, as well as 800 non-resident orphans who will benefit from its diverse educational and health services.

The city aims to provide a social educational environment dedicated to caring for orphans by offering the necessary support to ensure essential services, especially education. It seeks to facilitate learning under favorable conditions, and to provide services that help in developing the capabilities, talents, skills of young people and adolescents.

The city also facilitates collaborative learning among orphans, enabling them to interact with peers from diverse backgrounds and gain insight into the unique challenges faced in different countries. Moreover, it offers a range of essential social and recreational services within its premises to enhance the overall well-being and development of its residents.

The city will span over 88,000 square meters. It will have a school, two student dormitories, a dining hall, workshop and training buildings, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, a swimming pool, a mosque, a garden, and green spaces, as well as administrative, guest, and reception buildings and a big meeting hall.
