Qatar Charity receives Zakat Al-Fitr and donations

Qatar Charity (QC) continues receiving Zakat Al-Fitr and donations from benefactors until the morning of Eid Al-Fitr for the benefit of the needy and the poor.  

Qatar Charity collects Zakat Al-Fitr, Zakat, and donations from benevolent people through its headquarters, branches, collections points and collectors. Benefactors can pay their Zakat and donate at these places until 12 am (midnight) in Ramadan.

Qatar Charity seeks to share the joy of Eid Al-Fitr with the less fortunate and the underprivileged, alleviate the financial burdens on poor families, meet the needs of orphans and the needy, improve their living conditions, and promote solidarity and cooperation.

Working Hours

Qatar Charity’s Al Hilal branch remains open from 9:00 AM until the Eid Prayer. The other branches and collection points are open during 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and 8:30 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight). However, on Fridays, they are open during 12:00 – 5:30 PM, and 8:30 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight).

How to Donate

Qatar Charity has 32 branches, of which 20 are for men and 12 are for women, across the country, and 101 collection points, in addition to 1622 donation boxes, and 37 donation payment kiosks.

Zakat and donations can be made through Qatar Charity’s website (qcharity.org/en/qa) and app (qch.qa/appen) in an easy and accessible way, in addition to dialing 44667711.

Qatar Charity urges the benevolent people of Qatar to hasten to doing good deeds and give during the remaining days of Ramadan for the benefit of the needy and poor.
