Qatar Charity delivered Monday up to 200 residential units to Syrian refugees in Al Daif Valley in Syria.

The Charity released a statement to the press saying that the units are part of the first phase of a project aimed at helping Syrian refugees. The second phase will include another 200 residential units. The charity expects phase two to be completed in four months and would help 2400 people. The project is worth QR 5 million.

Qatar Charity, added the statement, is currently focused on providing shelter to refugees. This is due to the urgent need for shelter by Syrian refugees in particular. Two of the projects are establishing Al Rayyan and Doha Al Khair cities on the border between Syrian and Turkey. Each city will have 1000 residential units.)
